This section contains all the work that Daniel has done that cannot be slotted neatly into one of the other categories. I know very little about most of the events listed below other than that Daniel Evans took part in them, and welcome more information from anyone who knows more than I do.
During his time with the RSC at the Barbican, Daniel took part in a memorial celebration of Shakespeare's birthday. He read two poems by Elizabeth Jennings, including the lovely 'Essential to Shakespeare', and also performed an extract from Romeo and Juliet, playing a touching Romeo to Monica Dolan's Juliet in the scene where the lovers first meet.
Also at the Barbican, in 1998, Daniel took part in a series of readings from the Bible for Easter with Sir Ian McKellan. More details of this can be found on Sir Ian's homepage.
While he was appearing in Peter Pan, Daniel modelled in a fashion show at the National Theatre for charity, along with co-stars Jenny Agutter and Claudie Blakley.
Not content with acting on stage, screen, television and radio, Daniel Evans has also tried his hand at directing. He directed a production of The Woods by David Mamet in 1998. The production was performed in Welsh at the National Eisteddfod.
As well as all this, Daniel has delved into the world of music. At the Aldeburgh Festival, he took the role of the Speaker in The World of the Spirit by Benjamin Britten. I do not have a date for this, but it took place after Cardiff East and before the opening of Troilus and Cressida.
More poetry reading - in a television program about the gardens of Aberglasny House, Daniel was shown reading poetry at the opening ceremony.
Daniel took part in the Voice of a Nation concert, which took place on the day of the inauguration of the Welsh Assembly and featured Daniel in an excerpt from Shakespeare's Henry IV part one.
LATEST In the 1999 Christmas trivia quiz between the RSC and the National Theatre, Daniel very bravely volunteered to appear in the 'Feel the Actor' round, and was quickly identified by Stuart McQuarrie by his lack of hair (the two were in Cleansed together)! However, Stuart needed a few more hints as to which character Daniel was playing - he was wearing Lorenzo's 1930s style suit.
